Pro members can have one active listing at a time in Community Listings. Here’s how it works:
1. What counts as “active”
Any listing that hasn’t been archived, deactivated or deleted counts as your active listing, including one marked as pending.
2. Posting a new listing
If you already have an active listing, the “Create a Listing” button will be unavailable. You’ll see the message “Pro members can have one active listing at a time” with a link to your current listing. To post a new one, open that listing and archive or deactivate it.
3. How long listings stay live
Listings stay live for 30 days. We’ll email you 5 days before your listing expires so you can renew it with one click. You can renew your active listing any time.
4. Need more than one listing?
Business accounts aren’t limited to one active listing. Learn more about our Business Membership to promote multiple properties.
Note: Posting listings is a Pro feature. Free members can’t create or renew listings.
