Once a user registers for the site, they should get a confirmation email within 5 minutes.

If you do not see this email:

Check your spam mailbox to make sure the message hasn't wound up there.
If it isn't in your spam box either, contact us with your selected username using the email account you registered with and we'll manually approve the account.
Please be sure to add webmaster [a][t] biggerPockets [dot] com to your address book/email whitelist so our other system emails won't end up rejected or as spam.
